music trivia: styx is an american band from the 1970s. surprisingly, a lot of people haven't heard much of them, but they were huge in their time and they're pretty amazing. if you like this song, try listening to "renegade," "come sail away," (a classic!) "lady," and "babe."

welcome to amstuds, the double period of heaven. where nerds are the new black. we watch the history channel for fun. we read and write on our own free time. we come to class excited about the reading the night before. yep, we're nerds, all right. but you know what? we like it.
amstuds may end, but our undying love for one another continues. this is why we're extending the class beyond the classroom, beyond the school year, beyond choate rosemary hall. because the world will be incomplete without us united somehow. because we're wayyy awesome. we're intelligent.
